Definitely gives me a nice body high and calms me down when stressed out. all i need is 1-3 hits depending on what i want i will warn if you use it a lot it can make you tired and can be overwhelming if you are sensitive to regular delta 9 thc. it would recommend starting off slow and find the right dose for you.
